"The perfect hotel for us!"

"I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring. They offered to change rooms, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. The other rooms had cockroaches too. Bed is so hard and sheets were dirty. Will...

"Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star! Kitchen was tiny and dark with no amenities like a kettle or toaster. There was 2 knives for 4 Adults and no spoons or forks in terms of cutlery. Got 2 towels between 4 Adults, when I asked for more towels all that I received was 2 bathrobes. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice but in terms of 4 star quality this was very disappointing. "
