"Second time coming back here, the service at the hotel is always great. We never have any issues at grand Hyatt. We tried once a different hotel and we said there’s no comfort and service like the way you get it here. Also the waterpark that will be opening soon looks amazing already so cannot wait to come back when that is done! Even when we were checking out the hotel was really busy at the lobby due to a conference happening but no staff missed greeting and giving their best service to us and going out their to approach us to say bye which was nice. Hotel is always clean and has great facilities. "

"Lovely, professional staff who were attentive to and had positive interest in their clients needs and wants. Very quick to address requests. Room was clean, comfortable and not ridiculously small, as many are elsewhere now. Bed was perfect. All facilities in room were great and room service and laundry service were very prompt. "

"I wanted a place that offered breakfast, and was skeptical about what breakfast they offered. I LOVED the breakfast and variety of foods they had. Our room was clean, housekeeping was great, staff was great and friendly. There was supermarkets and pharmacies within a couple minutes walk. Souks within walking distance. The view was and balcony was beautiful. The tub was really nice, water pressure was good. We enjoyed the pool several days, as well as the saunas. There were no microwaves, but everything else was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel. I’m a foodie, and just loved the breakfast. A large variety, I always left stuffed because I wanted a little bit of everything. "
