"Cherif at the front desk went above and beyond to meet my needs. Spacious, clean and top notch rooms. Binoy ( restaurant manager) was very attentive and ensured we were being properly taken care during dinner. Cocktail options at the pool were a bit limited(some displayed in the fridge at the bar not included in the all inclusive package). Servers always attentive to clean our dining table. Great options to select from at the buffet, loved their croissants! Will make sure to return at Al Bandar again! "

"Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Deira Dubai was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the vibrant Gold Souk and bustling markets, making it easy to explore the city. The convenience of an on-site shopping mall with a supermarket, diverse shops, and even an ice-skating rink added a unique touch. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. From providing essential items like water bottles to promptly addressing a minor issue in our room, they ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife was a truly heartwarming touch. The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, many with fully equipped kitchens, making them perfect for families or long stays. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the unique dining experience at Al Dawaar, the revolving restaurant with breathtaking views. The free access to the spa and gym was a welcome addition, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. While the hotel could be more responsive to online inquiries, this minor drawback did not significantly impact our overall positive experience. Highly recommended for families and business travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai."
