"The perfect hotel for us!"

"Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star! Kitchen was tiny and dark with no amenities like a kettle or toaster. There was 2 knives for 4 Adults and no spoons or forks in terms of cutlery. Got 2 towels between 4 Adults, when I asked for more towels all that I received was 2 bathrobes. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice but in terms of 4 star quality this was very disappointing. "

It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring.
