Gramta house Villa Hotel is possible one of the best places you can stay which is walking distance into city centre. Amazingly clean and rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Excellence staff & food is fantastic.

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights here and we were very happy with the care and hospitality we received, staff were very accommodating and the villa was very clean all sheets and towels freshly washed and given on command seen as we kept using the swimming pool a lot. The chefs food was incredible we really experienced the true culture and cuisine here, thank you so much Gramta house Villa.

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing, they greeted us with Moroccan tea and their traditional bread “mesemen” was absolutely amazing !!! Place was clean and the garden had a trampoline so it was great for the kids, our favourite was the Moroccan style baths they had which were available in every room. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back next year!!

This space was perfect for me. I had been in Agadir previously at a hotel which was very impersonal, but the the villa, though a little out of the way, was gorgeous and comfortable. Abdul was very kind and took great care of me. I would love to come here and stay for a week and spend time with other travelers as well. Highly recommend!

Traditional villa perfect for those who want to experience the culture of Marrakech, the staff were very nice and hospitable and we were able to get to the centre very quickly as it is located close to menara mall. A true gem at a budget price. We had an enormous family room (two queen sized beds). The most wonderful mosaics and the most quirky bath/shower I have ever seen. The owner/manager was lovely and showed true Moroccan hospitality. Communication great prior to arrival too! Lovely seating areas both downstairs and upstairs. Near a main road for a taxi or 25 min walk to the Medina. Is close to the airport as well. Fully recommend for a budget option in a traditional Marrakesh villa.

If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Abdul was more like a kindly grandfather watching over the guests instead of a property manager.
