"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, its good if you want to lounge around and eat all day. We visited in February we had good weather in the week we stayed, so was surprised that the water in the pool was freezing. I was surprised at the limited pool space given the 5 star rating and the fact that the pool area was very basic looking. The hotel is located in a developing area, at the moment with limited surroundings as in not even a shop in walking distant, so you do have to commute. Its good...

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...
