"First night the air was not cooling down. The next morning the floor on the side of the ac was soaking wet. I reported it and they said they would come vacuum it and offered for us to move. I declined, we would be fine. Second morning it was soaking from the unit to about the middle of the room. We reported when we were leaving. There were only 2 cups for coffee for 2 people staying for 2 nights. 1 glass in the restroom. Bed was extra comfortable, excellent room location for our accessible...
