"The room was clean. But there were snack chips on the floor under the tv stand. Black colored human hairs on the vanity area floor. Also there was a plunger left outside of the door of a room I had to pass when I checked in. Still there the next day at checkout. Desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. "
