Room had a lot of trash under the pull out sofa. Sofa was disguising and tore up, refrigerator stained with what looked like coffee spills, had blood stains in places on bed and curtains that resemble bed bugs being there, put us in a smoking room instead of the non smoking that I requester and Wouldn’t give a discount because of room being that way.

When we checked in we were given a room that smelt like straight smoke. All the smoke detectors in the room were gone. Called the front desk lady didn’t believe me it seemed but switched our room. Only to find out the room we got was hot and gross. We were given a room right next to a proper exit as well where people were standing and smoking. There was no ac in the building. Windows and doors were open.

This hotel was absolutely awful. The rooms were filithy and smelled awful. The hallways reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I felt very unclean being there so my boyfriend and I left within 20 minutes of being there. I get the cost was low but I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels for the same price and were much cleaner. Do not recommend

I stay here often but for the past 3 stays I have had issues like no towels in room, not very clean, and there was no filter in the coffee pot ,no light build in the lamp. I know they can have a great property and service but lately it's lacking. As a regular I feel like the accomodations should be on point for anyone but especially someone who stays often
