"I really enjoyed my stay at the Luxury Collection Hotel. The junior suite was lovely and spacious. The room was clean the the service was timely and often. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. Close enough to time square and all of the theaters that it is walkable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

"The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with shower and large tub. It was nice have microwave in the room. View toward Hudson River was great from the 23rd floor. Staff was very helpful. It was also great having the Spa facilities in the hotel. Availability of a variety of restaurants close by was a bonus."

"The property exuded the glamour of a bygone era which to me, is so NYC. The rooms have obviously been renovated, but I thought it was weird that, for example, bathroom doors that had been upgraded with new hardware were left unfinished where the old door hardware used to be. A little wood putty and some paint goes a long way and the lack of attention to that simple detail took away from the glamour of the hotel. Loved the Byredo products in the bathroom. Staff was great. Did not at all...
