"Second stay here as a family. We returned for the proximity to the beach and the various pools. Get the balcony room as other rooms aren't as nice. Do not honour any VIP rewards and had upgrades but tried to charge me a few hundred extra. "

"This was easily my 9th stay at The Naples Grand. I love the place. The restaurant options on site are all very good. Admittedly I do ask for a room at the end of the hall, but I have never heard ANY noises that were invasive. "I liked the location of the property for our stay. It’s next to one of the water taxi points. The staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel are nice and bright. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip but unfortunately both times situated next to the ice machine station. The Olive and Sea restaurant offered good food in the evening but we didn’t opt to have breakfast there as there was only the buffet, which seemed expensive when you only want a regular size breakfast.
