"Everyone was lovely - the staff was super quick, friendly, and remembered us and always said hi. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a bath tub. Walkable to south bank and several near east neighborhoods, and a quick bus ride to all the central places. Had a fantastic stay."

"The food needs improvement. The breakfast is buffet style, but given that the location is by the water, the inside restaurant gets cold quicker—-bottom line my eggs are cold by time I sit. The scrambled eggs—-nasty!! They need to cook it more so it dries out, verses being mush. No real selection on the TV! But its England—-other from that it was ok, but needs some improvements. "
