"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"Bermonds Locke is a treasure. The location is fantastic - very safe and a 5-minute walk from Tower Bridge and only a 10-minute walk to the trains and underground. Access from Gatwick on the train is simple and convenient. There are lots of dining options nearby. The unit was clean, and there are nearby grocery places if you prefer breakfast in. "Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. "A real find. Was really not expecting much for the price, but it was clean, compact but with everything you need and a very comfy bed, close to transport links and restaurants. Yes there is currently building work going on, but only during the day when we were out and about so didn’t bother us at all. "

"Excellent stay. My friend and I so enjoyed returning to the hotel after day long adventures in London. The staff was phenomenal- attentive to all details: water by the bed daily, comfy room with good beds and an amazing buffet breakfast! DJ was our server our last night and he was fantastic. Will definitely be back!"

Great Location

"Sat right on top of the Tower Hill station this location has not only an amazing view of The Shard and Tower of London but also easy access to the metro. Just a 20 minute walk to either Bank or Liverpool street allows you to explore the popular parts of London easily. CitizenM is a great experience and for solo travelers it is my favorite option. Feel free to drop your bags off when you arrive or ask for an early check in."

Great staff, breakfast, room, and location.

"The rooms had been recently redone very nicely. The bed was very comfortable, the chair comfortable, and the room was well laid out, so there was plenty of room. The room cleaning staff was excellent. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous. There was something for everybody. So worthwhile! The location is fantastic, very close to Tate Modern. I was totally pleased with my stay there."
