Examples of this include, the flusher for the toilet being broken, the air-conditioning not operating after a powercut and while the rooms are pleasant they could use a rug for the floors as they are quite cold in the morning and if you donā€™t bring slippers this can be a bit jarring. The staff were friendly and accomodating even offering me a room change during the late night powercut. Despite the easy fixes I would stay here again as it was...

"A very large bright and breezy hostel. Focused happy and helpful staff. The building is a conversion not purpose built but you get everything you need. A good comfortable bed. Clean bedding. The third floor was a building site. A good place to hostel, near to the city. I walked to the river in 40 mins though buses were running at 5am ."
