They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, which made my stay so much more enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—delicious and with plenty of options to start my day right. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!"

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Great location for the trip we did the staff were friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant attached was nice. Breakfast was good. You can see the hotel just behind the Tower of London (Nice neighbours) viewed from the Shard, just over tower bridge. As I said great location."
