"It took me by surprise how charming and welcoming this resort is. It is located in the heart of Hoi An, walking distance to night market and Hoi An old town. Attention to details is awesome. They even had my bed decorating with a welcoming message and added an extra twin bed for my 11 years old without my request. I’ll definitely be back. "

"I really liked this property. I know there are lots of bad reviews on here but I don’t think it’s as bad as people are saying. Yes it has a lot of empty spaces but I already expected it by reading everyone’s reviews. The room we had was a sea view and it was nice and clean. The washrooms were nice and not smelly at all. I LOVED their Korean Sauna spa and they have a huge gym. Our room was very clean and most of the staff was really nice. We ate at the Korean restaurant 2 nights and both times were really good. The owner/staff was very friendly as well. The front desk team made it special for my mom’s bday and surprised her with cake. (Shout out to tram and nga and everyone else there) The spa staff was always very helpful and kind. (I don’t know their names but they were honestly the sweetest) The housekeeping staff was always cheerful and sweet. The only thing I could think of is they need to train up their breakfast staff as they are often standing around talking, not friendly and not doing their jobs. Also yes they don’t allow food but that’s only heavy smelling food. If you bring most foods it’s fine just not the super smelly stuff. We ended up extending our stay for 1 extra night. I would still recommend this place and also would come back. "

"This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "

"This hotel is practically brand new. One tower is still under construction. Food was excellent. Pools were amazing. Grounds and facilities were spotless. Staff was very helpful - especially Phu and Trang. Would definitely recommend."
