" Beautiful hotel in a local neighborhood. The hospitality and service was excellent. Miss Lua, head of guest services, makes this hotel so special. The hotel is quiet, clean and close to all local coffee shops and restaurants.The afternoon tea is a nice feature. Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. "The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in. A fantastic hotel for a couple

"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again."

"Best resort experience we have had. Amazing customer service, super clean, close proximity to Hoi An old town 15mins in taxi. Great food at the restaurant. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our families 6 and we all loved it. Resort pool was amazing and sensational views. External building Paint work is getting dated but otherwise an amazing stay. We will be back!! "

"Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean."
