This was a wonderful property, the staff was amazing, the food was good and the location excellent. We lived this property and highly recommend!!! My only issue was I prearranged transportation with them and it was way way way higher than the going rate like 3 times! Book through grab one third the cost and wonderful cars snd service

My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel. The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. Good location. Breakfast buffet was poor. There was a moldy smell all around the property. The gym had equipment that was more than 20 years old and dysfunctional. basically the hotel is tired and needs a facelift.
