Beautifully located and within walking distance to the old town, we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to see to us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and even the gym was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay. The hotel excels in every aspect. The service is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, the property is sparkling clean, great location, fantastic pool, amenities, free bikes and activities. Not too many rooms which is a plus and the value for money was excellent. The restaurant was average to my liking, but the food quality was good. Very happy with this hotel, can’t wait to be back.

Very nice stay! The pool is nice, but they also has a shuttle bus to the beach, where they cooperate with a beach bar, so you get umbrella and beach beds. There is also a shuttle bus to the old town,

Great new hotel, spacious rooms, good beds, amazing breakfast, amazing reception, super nice and helpful, quiet, 20 min easy walk from center or 2$ 5 min taxi, superb pool, stunning( in tune!) grand piano, definitely recommended. Booked on expedia for 2 days, honored same price for add nights. 5* nhuong and jiang at reception were super great, Saga is lucky to have them

Luxurious hotel with a reasonable price
Luxurious hotel with a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good and the transfer to Da Nang station was a reasonable price (same as Grab). It is a bit of a walk to the most historic part of Hoi An, but there are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

Stayed at The Saga Hotel on my trip to Hoi An and was not disappointed. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk to the city center which is still convenient, but also far enough away from the tourist crowd. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and room (suite w/loft) was clean and spacious.

Thus property was very cute. I loved the pool and the staff. Everyone was super friendly. They are just a 20 min away from the old town and they have a shuttle to take you into town. Washrooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy and they give a free mini bar with snacks and it’s refilled everyday. I would recommend this place and would come back.
