"Bonsai Villa is about a 10min walk to the Old Town and we felt safe walking home late in the evening from the Old Town. It’s a family run villa and is a lovely quiet place. The owner is very nice and helpful with all our queries. Lots of large, beautiful bonsai in the garden. Sadly, we have been too busy to utilise the pool, which was very inviting during the hot day."

"This is a really good medium sized motel. There are only 14 rooms over 3 levels, however there is no lift. If you have difficulty with stairs I suggest you request a ground floor room. "The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies.
