"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saga Hotel in Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—it’s peaceful yet still close enough to the city, making it easy to explore all that Hoi An has to offer. The complimentary transport to and from the city is a huge bonus, making it so convenient to visit the town center without the hassle of finding a ride. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail truly set it apart. Overall, The Saga Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hoi An. The combination of friendly service, great location, and complimentary transportation makes it a standout option. "This property was like living in paradise, every accommodation block had its own swimming pool, the largest pool was salt water, the restaurants were excellent and both were open for breakfast options and the night time dining was excellent one being western style and the other being Asian style. Our room was huge, with separate room with a spa bath tub and showers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the way one of the restaurant bars gave you 2 happy hour options, one at normal happy hour times and the other at 8pm time. The hotel is about 1km from the action of Hoi An and that made it quieter and only a couple of dollars in a cab so we loved this aspect of it"

"Beautiful property. However, a little far from most restaurants which is about a 20-30 min drive. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. Pool area is gorgeous. "

"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, both before during and after our visit. We were a large group of adults and children and were given rooms close together. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was a large array of goodies and the other meals we ate in the hotel were all of high quality. The staff keep all public areas clean .and the reception staff are helpfu and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange some complicated transport for our large group and when one of the children left a toy dog behind they went out of their way to find it and arranged for it to be returned. Very much hope to return for another visit. No hesitation in recommending."

"Excellent location in the old town. All facilities were excellent. The room was huge and the buffet breaky was great. Spa was reasonably priced for relaxing treatment. You can use a bicycle for free which we found to be super cool. Would highly recommend staying here for friendly and convenient service. "

"We have stayed at the hotel previously in its Accor Mgallery guise and it has not diminished from that standard. Our room overlooked the canal through Hoi An, with a balcony, spotlessly clean, very roomy in size with great bed and bathiroom facilities. Breakfast area is enormous with a myriad of options. Staff are courteous and friendly, check in and out was seamless. The rooftop bar and pool offers views over Hoi An. Outside of happy hour it is not the cheapest place to have a drink. The hotel is very close to the Hoi An old town, associated eateries on the far bank and very walkable. There are pop up eateries along the canal at night offering cheap grills, seafood and noodles. A top hotel in a top location. Not the cheapest option in town but you get what you pay for. We were two couples in their 60's and 70's and stayed for three nights. Well recommended."
