"Staff were excellent,well trained and attentive with good English skills. Rooms were modern and neat and the pool area is very relaxing. 25k vnd to old town by grab or free bike in the garage if you feel energetic. The breakfast covered all bases especially the western food but they also had good vegetarian options. Spa attached makes a one stop shop for relaxation. If you want a tour or anything really just go to the front desk and everything will be sorted. Can’t say enough about how good the staff were it was amazing. We will be back."

"This hotel is beautiful facility just outside of Ancient Town. A very walkable area with many great restaurants nearby. The evening activities in the area are not to be experienced. Ms. Tran in Guest Services was a daily delight. With two pools, a rooftop bar with a view and very good breakfast buffet it was worth the stay. "

"What a fabulous hotel and staff! The service is the best I have ever seen and I am 73 years old and have travelled extensively. The rooms are big and spacious and are cleaned every day. They have a pool, and a spa where I got the best massage ever from a young woman who was fantastic two days in a row. They have a breakfast that is the best I have seen. Eggs made to order, breads, fruits, hot entrees and it’s buffet style all you can eat. The town of Hoi An is right there and very walkable with a million shops and restaurants. The food everywhere is phenomenal. I highly recommend this !"

"The bridge that accesses the hotel is very narrow and very unsafe to walk accross with the traffic drive past fast. It’s a very busy bridge with currently no other way to access the hotel"
