"Mrs Thuy is so helpful, sorted out getting a huge pile of laundry done for us and organised trips, nothing was too much trouble. Location is amazing, just a few steps from the Japanese bridge into the old quarter. Room was much nicer than we expected for the price, very comfortable."

"Be aware that there’s no elevator in this hotel it might be difficult if you have problems to go up and down the stairs especially with luggage…otherwise it’s a good hotel at good location at a reasonable price "

"very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them."

"Easy walk to Old Town. Very nice local cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices. I specifically liked the Banh Mi eateries. The hotel is very clean. Nice egg, toast breakfast with coffee/ tea. Bicycles available for loan. Room was spacious with balcony. Super clean with hot water shower. The staff is friendly, polite and respectful. Looking forward to my next visit to Vinci Villa. "

"The family was incredibly kind and accommodating- always welcoming and smiling. The room was spotless and had dark curtains, a comfy bed, and strong A/C. The bathroom was clean (although the small shower partition didn’t do much to keep the floor dry). The location was great; the homestay is tucked down a quiet street just far enough away from the noise but convenient enough to walk to the hustle and bustle."

"Just book this Homestay as you will not find a more better place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and very clean with excellent air-conditioning. Your hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet anywhere in the world. They great you every time you return from an outing with cold drinks and beautiful tea and snacks. A really enjoyable place to stay and I didn't want to leave."

"We stayed here for 3 night, and we really enjoyed!! The room and the toilet were clean. The bed so confortable!! We had tv in the room and we can see movies. If you’re planning to visit my son sanctuary, you can book here, it’s cheaper than the agencies in town. The location was convenient! And the breakfast was great!! You can choose from the menu, delicious!!"

Located within 2 minutes of ancient town, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and craft bars. A nighty market outside. Very safe, very walkable. A definite placevto return. "Just a kilometre from the old town, Bel Marina was a fabulous oasis from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An. We loved the big pool & outdoor area, and the breakfast room and the food offerings were outstanding. My only complaint would be the password free wifi, which, according to my online security service, wasn’t very secure."

Perfect hotel for the location.

"As with all of Vietnam the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Welcoming reception area, easy check in and our luggage taken to our room. Room was ideal, lovely view from the balcony. Only negative for us was a very hard bed. We ate once in the restaurant on our late arrival and then kept the kitchen open for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a wide choice but don’t expect too much for the English pallet. Eggs cooked to order how you want them, which we did and then had selection from the continental buffet. Hotel arranged taxi for the trips to the main attraction, but otherwise we used the Grab taxi app. All in a very nice hotel only 10 mins from the old town."
