Until I checked out and had an unfavorable experience at the valet. The attendant who pulled up my car straight up stared at me and watched as I struggled to get all my luggage into the trunk — didn’t even attempt to help, which was strange for a 5-star hotel. I honestly don’t know why I still tipped him. "

"Overall was ok. We received room with view on Beverly Hills side and got completely opposite side. Also we took room with 2 queen beds and got room with two twin beds. Not sure what is going on but there were some protests in from of hotel addressing issues to the new owners. Maybe all this was due to that. Other than that it was really great. Stuff tried to make up for all of it and that was super nice "
