"My family and I stayed here for a week. When we check in the lady Genesis was super friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were super clean, the bed sheets, pillows and blankets were very clean too! I saw other people compliant about a weird smell, that is just the condensation from the AC unit, is normal for place with AC running almost 24/7. My daughters enjoyed the swimming pool, it was very nice and clean. There are lots of parking spots, I did not have problem looking for a spot to park even I came back at late weekend night. They have security guard all the time, and you need your key card to get to your floor, overall I feel very safe here. The location is very close to the LAX airport too, is very convenience if you have an early flight like me, but because it is very close to airport, traffic noise and airplane noise can be heard all the time, but it did not bother me or my family. And the location is only 30 mins drive from Disneyland and universal studio. Highly recommended for the price if you just want a safe place to stay in LA. "
