"We arrived 4 hours before check in and we were given a room within a few mins with no fuss. Room was a suite - perfect for our family of 4. Room had everything we needed, free complimentary minibar which was refuelled daily. Room service and cleaning was on point and the reception staff whenever required fulfilled all requests. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of selection and amazing views of the mosque of the prophet from one side. Location is the best thing - literally on the courtyard...

"I want to thank the employees at this hotel for making this stay for me and my mom absolutely perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by two employees that helped us with our Nusuk app. They provided a wheelchair for my mom and one man (I wish I could remember his name ) personally guided us to the entrance of the masjid. I would recommend getting breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. The food and the customer service is wonderful. May Allah reward all the employees at this...
