Perfect Location, spacious, friendly staff
Hotel was in perfect location, literally a 5 min walk directly to the mosque. Outside the mosque is the famous little global village huts. Hotel room was clean and very spacious and so was the bathroom, staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madinah

We absolutely loved the hotel, the housekeeping was amazing. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect until we checked out and the bell boy “older man” came to get the luggage. The bell boy was very unprofessional and bad.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The best part was they let us check in early and it was so much appreciated after our long flight. The suite was huge and so comfortable. Staff was so helpful and kept asking us if we needed more water or anything else. Will come again for sure. Location was ideal too. One suggestion, for the price the decor looks a bit dated, so updating interior would be nice!

The hotel location is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The best thing about this hotel is the service level all staff are great from reception to room service and cleaning. They come to check if anything is missing or if we need anything. Free Saudi coffee and dates are always available in the lobby which is a nice touch. Not the property fault they had a construction activities next door. Also the place is outdated needs renovation. Food option was sub standard we ended up eating else where .
