Inside of the Hotel was excellent- clean , new & fresh! But outside was bad, as it’s in a back unclean street, very hard to find the address/location. If you are not bothered by back & unclean streets , then it’s a good place to stay….! Oh ya cheap & good takeaway food nearby…!

Conveniently located near Haram, restaurants and shopping areas. Property is very clean and staff very friendly. Value for money is excellent, recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced, fairly clean and close to Masjid Nabwi around 10-15 minutes walk.

In side is awesome but oustide is average no daily service but as far is a great budget hotel to stay in high season and near to madinah 10 minutes walk to Masjid Al Nabi

The surrounding environment of the hotel is not suitable for anyone with families and it felt unsafe and was advised by locals that this is not a safe location nor was it clean or welcoming.never book this hotel, you will only end up regetting it. I booked alternative accomodation and was refused a refund or even communication

Around 10 min walk from Masjid Nabawi. Facilities inside the property were excellent, very clean and spacious. Fridge, Kettle, AC, TV all available. The area where the hotel is located is safe but currently in need of development. However it is 1 or 2min walk from the large market area where all shops and restaurants are located.

Hotel is very clean, good beds and facilities. However, there is no reception, difficult to reach the manager, speaks little English/Arabic, neighbourhood seems scetchy but is okay. On walking distance to prophets Mosque. For the money considering small distance to prophet Mohammed saws it is very good.
