"Saja Al Madina is an excellent choice for anyone that needs a mid range hotel within walking distance of Masjid An Nabawi. The hotel is a mere 3 minute walk from Gate 328 of the Haraam. Management should however look to improve their breakfast options. "

"Really enjoy our stay here. Very clean and efficient staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Only thing I want to suggest to please provide microwave oven and bug zappers in every room. Thank you Al munakha rotana for making our stay so comfortable. "

"Hotel was in perfect location, literally a 5 min walk directly to the mosque. Outside the mosque is the famous little global village huts. Hotel room was clean and very spacious and so was the bathroom, staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madinah "

"It was bad experience to stay in this hotel. The management was non cooperative and stubborn. I made reservations for two nights two months ago but the hotel system booked only for one night. I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone. "
