For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. The staff are very kind and do their best to look after you. The owner appeared one night and offered me a glass of bourbon on the house.
