"Definitely not what the description said when I booked it. It was fine could do without the cockroaches though they were huge. I only stayed for a couple of hours it was cheap but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2 and that’s being generous. The staff were amazing that’s what saved the score"

"From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available. We had to show the images on the website to show what we had booked. after some time we were then provided with the upgraded rooms we had paid for. Only one room was ready...

"The garden was absolutely beautiful...lemon and orange trees heavily laden, beautiful shrubs and flowering plants, two little ponds with fish, frogs and even a terrapin, peacocks wandering around. It was chilly in the late afternoon and evening... the gardener always lit the open fire. Most relaxing and warm. Food was good, freshly prepared, tasty and nutritious but be aware, the prices are high. 1.5 litre bottle of water 35MAD Staff friendly, smiling and willing to help in any way. Hammam and...
