"Definitely not what the description said when I booked it. It was fine could do without the cockroaches though they were huge. I only stayed for a couple of hours it was cheap but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2 and that’s being generous. The staff were amazing that’s what saved the score"

"From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available.
