"Parts of the hotel were undergoing renovation so some of the restaurants as well as the lazy river were closed. A water line had broke on the first night of our stay and caused them to shut off water for about 1-2 hours but they quickly fixed the issue. Due to the buffet being closed for renovation, people who stayed at Suites had to go over to the Beaches property to share the buffet. "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
