"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."
