"We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. "All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"Staff was very quick to help. Food was delicious and varied. Many places outside the room to hang out. Coffee was weak and rooms were a bit cold. Staff was quick with extra blankets and a space heater. Gym did not open until 10 am. Earlier would have been better. "

"A really lovely resort . Graet views ovetlooking the coast. Clean and secure."

"Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"

"The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "
