"While this hotel was still great value for money, there was a significant amount of things thay were not as advertised. The booking should have included a welcpme drink and boasts about having both a swim up bar and restaurant bar, but neither of these bars exist now. It also advises a restaurant abd 24h room service but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The resort looks as though when it was built it would have been beautiful but I presume COVID hit this place hard.."

"The thing I like the most about Natya Hotel is its prime location, close to all amenities at the heart of Kuta, from shopping malls to souvenir shops. Airport and Kuta beach are just a few minutes away. I loved the queen bed, the mattress and the pillows were surprisingly very plush and soft. The bypass road is always crowded and the traffic sound can be quite distracting even in the evening, especially if you stay in the rooms facing the road. "It was really comfy hostel, so I extended my stays twice. A private space in the dormitory looks new, and staffs always keep clean all of the facilities. There are staffs at the reception 24hours :) This hostel located next to Mal Bali Galeria, it was convenient!"

"We had a really quick stay at the Mercure. We got there from the airport around 11pm and left at 7am for our ferry to Gili Air. The lobby is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. They are clean enough though. It is located really close to a mosque so at 5am we were both awakened by a call to prayer that was very loud. I don't know how anyone sleeps through it without ear plugs to be honest! "

"Close proximity from the hihgway. Difficult to access from airport. Weird spot. Near McDo. At first staff was smiling. Got into the room. It was smelly, everything was rusted and toilet was not working. When I told the staff member, he told me I had what I paid for. He had no other room. Left after one night even if paid for a few days."
