"The hotel location is convenient, close to the beach and shopping with many different restaurants to chose from within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. Clubhouse on the roof was nice, as was the hotel spa."

"The hotel looks impressive on the outside with its’ manicured garden, 3 pools and beach front location. Unfortunately the inside of the room is decrepit especially the wc. There is no ventilation resulting in mould stains on the wood vanity counter and the door surfaces. There are on going renovations on the outside, but honestly the room which is the gut of the facility needs a complete overhaul. Having said all that, we did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was excellent. So much variety...

"It was ok, staff were excellent, room was neat & tidy, mattress was very hard which we didn’t like. The pool was ok but a bit weird being so close to reception & the restaurant. Be nice if the roof top section with spa was open past 7pm for drinks at night. "

"Excellent choice for airport layover. We arrived on Bali close to midnight. It was so easy and safe to walk to the hotel. We stayed two nights before flying to Manado. It was the perfect place to rest after 24 hours of traveling. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is wonderful, friendly and competent. "

"All though the weather wasn’t the best. The facility was great as there were pool table, table tennis. Swimming pools were great. Breakfast was excellent and best croissant ever had on a breakfast buffet. "

"After all I like the hotel & feel home. However, the noise in the morning, I could heard from breakfast area & the door that made a noise every time opened or closed. That door needs to be fix. The clicking plates & chatting employees that I heard from my room 110 especial after 6 o’clock in the morning. It’s just woke me up & like to sleep late. Thanks you for your hospitality & looking forward to stay in the future "
