"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay was comfortable. Shower water would often spill around toilet so perhaps they could work on fixing that (if possible). And the toilet douche was corroded (not hygienic to use). Location was good distance to Kuta beach and various shopping. I would stay here again in future. Price was also very affordable and fair. "

"We had a really quick stay at the Mercure. We got there from the airport around 11pm and left at 7am for our ferry to Gili Air. The lobby is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. They are clean enough though. It is located really close to a mosque so at 5am we were both awakened by a call to prayer that was very loud. I don't know how anyone sleeps through it without ear plugs to be honest! "
