"We don't know the area so we wanted somewhere to stay close to The Symphony Hall, as it was February and very wet and windy. I'm very glad I choose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, an executive room, with great views. It had everything we needed, with a comfortable bed, relaxing shower and usual other little extras to add to a great stay. "Very convenient location to the NEC. Hotel and rooms had all you needed for a overnight stay, comfy bed, decent size room/bathroom/clean. Was able to park earlier than check in time for a small charge, rest of the stay had free parking. Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough. Thank you would definitely stay/recommend "
