"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, providing just the right level of attention. The afternoon tea was nice, as was the spa area. There is a little wear and tear around the thermal bath, and some areas of the room weren't especially clean, but I would return. "

"This was a beautiful property in a quiet area opposite Henrietta Park but within minutes of walking to central Bath with its wide variety of restaurants and shopping options. "The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "
