"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. "Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again."

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"We had a great stay at The Old Fleece. The apartment is spacious with everything you require and fairly priced for 2 bedrooms. The living area was a great space for relaxing in the evening as we put our 2 year old to sleep in the bedroom. The pub downstairs served us great food and we could even take pints back up to our room to watch the football. "

A refuge in a storm

"I booked into the Clayton at Bristol because I couldn't get back to Wales due to Storm Darragh. It was a delight to stay there after a stressful day. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food, friendly and efficient service. As a sole female traveller, I never felt uncomfortable. I slept well, felt refreshed in the morning and was able to continue my onward journey with calm."

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
