"Staff was professional and friendly, I was allowed early check in into the hotel room by one of the receptionists; Sami I guess that was his name.My room was spacious, very clean, modern design, quiet. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi signal would drop once I approach the bathroom and when I requested a room with a king size bed I was facing the wall from the window. I definitely recommend the hotel and for sure come back for further visits. "

"The location of hotel is absolutely amazing, 3min away from HARAM / KAABA. The staff are very friendly ,welcoming and helpful. Even the customer relations department keeps calling me to know if we need something and check on our stay. The food is tasty ( even if few options because I’m vegetarian ). Just the parking is little bit hard so we park before the tunnel and it’s free . At the check out they send us with a hotel car to the parking where I put my car . Thanks guys See you soon "
