"I liked everything about this property. Easy access your taxi can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby no matter what time of the day unlike other hotels during Ramadan. Specious, family friendly, dining experience, cuisine was just wonderful. Made out Umrah during the Ramadan really relaxing and comforting. I am definitely coming back next year Inshallah. "

"C'est l'un de meilleur hôtel que j'ai aimée, tres classe, tout près de Masjid Al Haram. Mais j'ai ete tres déçue par le réceptionniste qui m'avait fait le surclassement sur un mensonge. J'ai demandé une chambre avec une vue sur la Kaaba, c'est qui m'a coûté 1800$ de plus et en fin je n'ai eu que la vue sur le Masjid. Par la suite quand j'ai réclamer la chambre que j'ai réservée en 1er puisque je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce qu'ils m'ont donnés, ils m'ont fait savoir de revenir demain pour...

"around Location very dirty, hotel normal . Reception service very poor. cleaning staff good. room service ok. Ac system very old . you cant control temperature. very cold . cant sleep Easley. More rush prayer time on lifts. Its normal hotel not very good. Its far from main road. and surrounding very dirty. Next time i will not stay here. thanks"
