Right by the marina with its own three level pool and then a party floor by the beach, which had the best DJs whether you’re on the dance floor or dancing on your hotel balcony. The service was wonderful from the time that you entered the lobby, going to the breakfast buffet or even enter in the elevator the politeness and the professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in years! "An absolutely amazing stay at the Taj on the palm. A really beautiful hotel - staff are outstanding - food was excellent and a great games room and pool for the kids! The hotel smells incredible - you literally won’t want to leave. Spa is also very very nice - had a scrub and massage which was wonderful. So many good choices in the buffet and the staff will do their best to accommodate dietary needs. Always asking! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special! We will be back! "

We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades.
