The only problem is that we encountered was when we booked the room we booked for a balcony, but when we got there, we did not receive a balcony room, and the lady at the front desk stated that we would have Cityview with the balcony, however when we got upstairs to our room, our room was a regular standard room with just a window. We did not have a microwave in our room other than that the hotel was extremely nice. "

"From check in at 0300 because of a flight delay of 6 hours to my check out at 2200 the following Saturday night the effectiveness and efficiency of all the staff was excellent. From Pande to Samie, from the people on reception and the young man who cleaned my room, thankyou. My only disappointment was that in the evening only room service was available. The sister hotel, 2 blocks away, provided the drinks and dining."

"This is a great hotel, excellent location close to alot of local restaurants and shopping. Close to Supermarkets, malls and restaurants. The staff are very courteous, and extremely helpful. I would like to thank the staff Muhad, Sylvne, one other young gentleman and 2 of the young ladies staff who were very helpful and all are a great asset for the hotel.
