Le lendemain nous allons à la réception et avons expliqué notre situation ils nous ont changé de chambre et surclassé même sans aucun frais. Nous avons été ravi de l'ensemble de l'établissement en passant du Petit déjeuner qui était très copieux et varié ainsi que de la piscine extérieure géante. C'était l'anniversaire de ma femme et ils ont ramené deux gâteaux un dans la chambre et un au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir avec les musiciens qui allait avec. Nous avons vraiment l'impression d'être des clients et chaque demande est vraiment pris au sérieux, merci à vous de l'ensemble de la prestation et continuez de cette façon."
