"Convenience stores and Food options were conveniently located around the property. The lift service is terribly slow for the higher floors, especially in the mornings. The building is a combination of workspaces at the mid-levels and rooms at the higher levels, and only 2 lifts serve for the high floors. During the morning hours where both working people are trying to get in and people from the hotel are trying to get out (between 8 to 9 plus), it is virtually impossible to get a lift within 15 minutes. Also, different floors are not accessible with different level key cards except for 1 lift if family members are assigned rooms at different floors, it can get annoying to get to each other's rooms for whatever reason."
