"We stayed 11 nights in room 305, one of their spaciest room. Everything was adequate; fridge, tea and coffee bags, mugs, water cooker, filtered water just out side our room, daily cleaning service. Whenever we needed something, the receptionist (specially Alex) took care of it. As we are older folks, he even carried our suitcases up to the room! Apropos, one drawback are the two flights of steep stairs from the street entrance up. Location is perfect, 50 m from the MRT stop exit 1 (escalator)...
