"Great over all, needed a place to lay our heads for a night and Novotel did the job well. Everything was clean, warm and comfortable. Handy having parking just 2 minute walk away at £10 for 24 hours... pretty good these days in the middle if a city. Only niggle was the tap and sink setup in the bathroom meant you couldn't get much water in the kettle without using one of the small glasses to top it up... a very British problem and caused more giggles than gnashing of teeth!
