Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel. "Absolutely lovely place to stay, out the way and quiet. Can't fault it was really lovely and clean, would recommend to everyone wanting a quiet romantic weekend away. We also saw some lovely animals especially the pigs they were really friendly and cute! "

"The Hotel has been closed due to fire a few weeks now. No warning to say this was the case, so arrived at the hotel to find it closed and cordoned off. No way to contact hotels.com and ruined the weekend away. "
